Q. I don't have a web site how can I show the video?
The video player is a self contained web site that is specifically designed for vacation homes. The player has features that would cost thousands of dollars to have custom built. You can use the video player as your web site.

Q. Can I change my descriptions or images in the video player?
Yes, in fact you can change animated bullet points and add/edit your Photo gallery.
Just download the Property Manager software. |
Q. What is required from us?
Please ask your Management Company to remove the pool screen before we arrive. We will prepare the house for filming but do not remove pool screens. |
Q. Can I choose the background music for my video?
Yes, we have free audio tracks to choose from and a selection of premium audio tracks. The cost of the premium audio tracks is $10. This is a one off usage fee. |
Q. Can I use my own background music?
In most cases No, unless you have copyright authorization from the artist or the artist publisher you cannot use unlicensed music. You can select an audio track from a company that sells royalty free music licenses. Two companies that supply royalty free music are:

Q. What title background options do you have available?
As of February 2009 we have 6 title background options to choose from. |
Q. What about payment?
We charge $100 when the booking is confirmed. The remainder of the balance is due 7 days after the filming has been completed. Payments can be made with a credit card or via PayPal. |
Q. How long does it all take?
We usually have the finished video within 7 days of filming. |
Q. Can I include some of my own images in the image gallery
You can add or edit the images gallery as much as you like. There is no charge for you updating your player. The player can be updated using the Property Manager software. |
Q. Once filming is complete how long does it take before our tour is ready for viewing?
A. It can take up to 7 working days for post-production to have the tour ready for your viewing. |
Q. Can I change content in my video or add more footage later?
A. If you decide to change the decor in any room or buy new furniture and would like this reflected in your tour, we can make the amendment to your tour. Our rate is $50 to all of our existing clients. |
Q. How long does it take to complete filming of the property?
A. Depending on the size of the property and whether you are having a video or photo tour, it can take between 2-4 hours. We do not like to set a time limit as each property is unique, with different features. |
Q. Are there any preparations that we should bear in mind before filming?
A. To ensure a successful photo or video tour, you or your management company should check:
- All the light bulbs in the house are working
- The pool has been cleaned
- The grass is in a reasonable state
- If there are child safety fences around the pool, these will need to be taken down, before filming as they do not look aesthetic on the video/photo tour
- If you have a solar panel(pool blanket) or reel, this will also need to be removed
- Please ensure that your pool pump is switched ON for the duration of filming

Q. What happens if on the day of filming the skies are very overcast or it's raining?
A. We will film and photograph all inside aspects, and return on an alternative date to film the outside areas. |
Q. Are you able to make arrangements with our Management Company for access to our property?
A. Absolutely, we can liaise with your MC to make all the necessary arrangements for access. |
Q. Do we or our Management Company have to be present for the duration of filming?
A. We film many of our projects with or without the presence of the owner or the Management Company. |
Q. Can I use photos you produce for my web site, brochures, etc.?
A. Yes, we will send you a link where you can download the photos and we will also provide them to you on a DVD ($10) Your photos can be used wherever you wish. |
Q. Are photos (still images) batch processed?
A. Absolutely not, all images are retouched at high resolution to ensure the best quality reproduction. We process each image individually. |
Q. Why Are Video Tours more expensive than 360 Virtual Tours?

Video Tours are now being used instead of 360 Virtual Tours as they the fastest growing internet media. Our Video Tours are filmed and edited in high definition. Video Tours show every detail of your vacation home, enhancing aesthetic areas. Like the 360 Tours you can integrate the video tour into your existing web site. |

Q. Are there any recurring fees, such as web hosting.
A. No, other video tour companies, charge web hosting fees, this can amount to hundreds of dollars to the cost over a 5 year period. Our video tours are hosted on our dedicated servers for optimum performance and delivery. There are no ongoing hidden costs. |
Q. Can I embed the Video Tour into my web site?
A. Yes, The video tour can be embedded directly into one of your existing web pages. The video tour can also be played in a separate media viewer too at no additional cost. If you don't have a web site, why not take advantage of our free web site service, these sites are specifically designed from vacation homes. |
Q. Can I have a DVD of Video/Photo Tour
A. Yes, A DVD can be ordered for $10.00 If you are having a video and photo tour we will include both on one DVD, to keep costs down. |
